Spring goes and summer comes, a beautiful year, everything is flourishing. On July 4, Suzhou Oushida 2024 semi-annual work meeting was held at Suzhou headquarters. All colleagues from Wenzhou and Dongguan branches gathered in Suzhou to celebrate the event and plan for the future.

The meeting aims to summarize and review the work carried out in the first half of 2024, make reasonable plans for the work deployment in the second half of the year, further clarify the goals and tasks for the second half of the year, and continue to promote various work to a new level and seek new breakthroughs.

At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman extended a warm welcome to colleagues from Wenzhou and Dongguan branches who came from afar, and expressed gratitude to all the hard-working and hard-working employees of oushida. The chairman fully affirmed the work achievements of all departments of the company in the first half of the year, and at the same time, combined with the work situation in the first half of the year, deeply analyzed the shortcomings in the current work. And put forward several suggestions for the work in the second half of the year:

  3. Change concepts, innovate and develop, and enhance the company's competitiveness. Innovation is the source of a company's sustainable development. In the face of fierce market competition, the uncertainty of new opportunities is also increasing. The general manager of the sales department summarized and reported the sales situation of each sales department in the first half of the year, and analyzed in detail the current market conditions and target customer groups in each region, and pointed out the direction for each regional sales department. At the same time, focusing on the theme of marketing, the general manager pointed out that sales managers in each region should conduct in-depth learning, communication, planning and upgrading in many aspects such as marketing strategy, product understanding, and teamwork. Go forward in pursuit of light, cherish opportunities, be brave to reflect, be diligent in improvement, and strive to create a new situation in the second half of the year.

The heads of Wenzhou and Dongguan branches summarized and reported on the work in the first half of the year and the work goals in the second half of the year.
