1. Before performing maintenance and repair work on the hot melt adhesive machine, the power supply on the hot melt adhesive machine and the main power supply connected to the outside world must be cut off, and no live operation is allowed.

2. When performing disassembly, maintenance and repair work, workers are best not to wear earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets and other conductive decorations to prevent accidents.

3. Do not disassemble, inspect or adjust any parts of the hot melt glue machine unless you have sufficient knowledge of the equipment performance. 

4. Do not disassemble, assemble or repair the hot melt glue machine alone unless there are other people to assist and provide immediate help or first aid in the event of an accident, mechanical damage or personal injury. 　　

5. Only qualified personnel can perform maintenance work on the hot melt glue machine.

11. When cleaning the hot melt adhesive tank, avoid using flames or sharp hard tools to avoid scratching the Teflon non-stick coating inside the glue barrel. 

12. If there is air pressure or glue leakage in the hot melt adhesive machine, do not continue to operate the hot melt adhesive machine. First stop the hot melt adhesive machine, cut off the power supply, and reduce the operating pressure to zero before repairing.
