The amount is small but the temperature is the same, causing the hot melt glue to be overheated, affecting its performance and color.

When operating a hot melt adhesive machine, you need to pay attention to the following points:

1. The temperature should be moderate (150-180℃). Do not heat above 200℃ for a long time, which will damage the glue, promote premature aging of the hot melt adhesive, and affect the bonding effect. Heat for 40 to 60 minutes before construction, and wait for the hot melt adhesive to melt into liquid before construction.

2. After feeding the hot melt adhesive tank, close the lid of the adhesive tank immediately to avoid contamination by foreign impurities; if the temperature is appropriately lowered to 120℃ during the break, keep the temperature in a warm state.

3. When leaving get off work every day, in addition to turning off the power of the machine, put two pieces of cold glue in the adhesive tank to promote cooling and speed up heat dissipation

4. After the machine has been used for a period of time (for example, 6 months), the nozzle, hose, and adhesive tank should be cleaned regularly with a special cleaner to avoid impurities or carbon deposits affecting the machine construction.
