1. Maintenance

1. Daily inspection

• Before starting the machine every day, check whether the appearance of the glue machine is damaged and whether the connections of various parts are firm.

• Check whether the hose, glue gun and nozzle are blocked or damaged.

• Check whether the electrical system is normal and whether there is leakage, short circuit, etc.

2. Regular maintenance

• Perform a comprehensive cleaning of the glue machine once a week, including components such as the glue box, glue pump, hose, glue gun and nozzle.

• Check the heating system to ensure that the heating element is working properly and the temperature control is accurate.

• Check the seal of the glue pump and replace it in time if it is worn.

• Check the filter regularly and clean or replace the blocked filter.

3. Lubrication and maintenance

• Regularly lubricate the moving parts of the glue machine, such as the shaft of the glue pump and the sliding parts of the glue gun, to reduce wear.

• Use appropriate lubricants to avoid excessive use that may contaminate the glue.

4. Safety precautions

• Operators should receive professional training and be familiar with the operation methods and safety precautions of the glue machine.

• When performing maintenance and repairs, the power must be turned off first, and the glue machine must be cooled before operation.

• Avoid contact with hot glue and heated parts to avoid burns.

2. Cleaning

1. Cleaning the glue box

• When the glue in the glue box is used up, clean the residual glue stains in the glue box in time. You can use a special detergent or solvent, soak the glue box for a period of time, and then clean it with a brush or rag.

•After cleaning, wipe the glue box dry with a clean cloth to ensure that there is no moisture left in the glue box.

2. Cleaning of hoses and glue guns

• Disassemble the hoses and glue guns, soak them in detergent, and use a brush to clean the glue stains inside.

• For severely clogged hoses and glue guns, special cleaning tools can be used to dredge them.

• After cleaning, use compressed air to blow dry the detergent inside the hoses and glue guns.
