The operating principle of a gear pump hot melt adhesive dispenser is to achieve a stable supply of adhesive through the precise transmission of a gear pump. The hot melt adhesive is heated to a set temperature within the barrel, gradually transforming from a solid to a fluid liquid. A heating rod and temperature sensor within the barrel maintain a stable adhesive temperature in real time, preventing carbonization due to overheating or poor fluidity caused by insufficient temperature. When the adhesive reaches the preset fluidity, the gear pump begins operation, eliminating the instability of traditional gravity feeders and maintaining a consistent output even with varying viscosity.
