Unite our efforts to achieve a better future, and work together for common development. Oushida held its 2023 semi-annual work meeting at its Suzhou headquarters. The meeting reviewed and summarized the company's progress in achieving its goals in the first half of the year and replanned and redeployed work for the second half. Chairman Yu Wenmao attended and addressed the meeting, along with employees from all departments of the Suzhou headquarters, Dongguan branch, and Wenzhou branch.
At the outset of the meeting, branch leaders and sales managers reviewed and summarized their work progress during the first half of 2023 and carefully planned various work strategies and initiatives for the second half of 2023. They comprehensively reported on regional differences and existing challenges, proposed specific solutions based on practical realities and regional differences, and clarified the thinking and direction for subsequent market work. Seeking breakthroughs amidst adverse circumstances and creating new opportunities amidst change, they sounded the clarion call for the second half of the year with a decisive attitude.
Quality is the foundation of a company's survival and development, and the production department is the core, open-source department of the manufacturing industry. The production workshop manager summarized and reported on production capacity in the first half of the year and solutions to customer feedback from after-sales service. In response to issues that arose in the first half of the year, the production manager stated that they had optimized their production plans for the second half of the year, striving to ensure worry-free pre-sales and after-sales service for customers. The chairman stated that while ensuring safe and efficient production, we must strictly control product quality, conduct rigorous inspections before shipment, and ensure that quality control is assigned to individuals to prevent substandard products from entering the market and impacting the company's image.
Administrative departments should assist company leaders in coordinating across branches and departments, strictly implementing company rules and regulations, maintaining internal and external communication, and ensuring that information is communicated from above and reported upwards. They should actively cultivate a positive corporate image and foster an excellent corporate culture, guiding employees to develop a sense of community and a sense of trust and pride in the company. They should ensure the company's normal operations and production, ensuring steady and regular progress, and strive to create economic benefits for the company.
At the meeting, the chairman fully affirmed the achievements of the branch and various departments. He summarized and analyzed the first half of the year's work from the perspectives of operating indicators, management improvements, key tasks, and current challenges. He also made important arrangements and plans for the second half of the year. He stated that the company will continue to develop a strategic plan centered on four key areas: "improving quality, enhancing professional competence, establishing brand influence, and innovating marketing models." The company will seize market opportunities and resource advantages, address weaknesses, strengthen strengths, take proactive actions, and prioritize every step of its operations, fully committed to driving the company's development and achieving new achievements.
Finally, the Chairman delivered a concluding speech, addressing all Oushida employees with the following requirements.
1. Production Safety: Everyone's Responsibility
Production safety leaves no room for chance or negligence; once harmed, the consequences are irreparable. We must always maintain a high level of safety awareness and implement it effectively. All employees must also actively learn safety and emergency response knowledge so that they can promptly protect themselves and others when they or others encounter safety issues.
Second, Master Professional Knowledge and Become a Well-rounded Person
In today's highly competitive market, with numerous similar products competing for the same product, customer perception of a company's service is crucial. This is why it's crucial for every employee to possess sufficient knowledge and skills in customer communication, which is crucial for a company's success.
3. Work with passion and enthusiasm
Always maintain a deep passion for your work, maintain a positive mental state, cultivate a positive attitude, maintain a pragmatic work ethic, continuously enhance your work ethic, cultivate excellent professional qualities, take your work seriously, and give it your all!
Konosuke Matsushita once said, "Adversity provides precious opportunities for tempering. Only those who can withstand the test of the environment can be considered truly strong." This meeting served not only as a summary of the first half of the year's work and a meeting to deploy tasks for the second half of the year, but also as a mobilization meeting for all employees. All employees of Suzhou Oushida will diligently implement the spirit of the meeting, strengthen their confidence in development, anchor their development goals, innovate development initiatives, and uphold the corporate vision of "striving to become China's leading brand of hot melt adhesive spraying machines." We will forge ahead courageously on the journey of building a hot melt adhesive intelligent spraying equipment company with superior product quality and greater brand influence!

Seeking historical sites and absorbing cultural atmosphere, we arrived at Mingyuewan Ancient Village on the shores of Taihu Lake in Suzhou.
Legend has it that it was named after the King of Wu and Xi Shi admired the moon here 2,500 years ago. In October 2007, it was designated as one of the fourth batch of Jiangsu Province's famous historical and cultural towns and villages. Mingyuewan, bordering Taihu Lake to the south and nestled against green mountains, resembles a crescent moon. Its rich history and beautiful scenery have long been a gathering place for scholars and literati.
The ancient camphor tree at the entrance of the village is said to have been planted by Liu Changqing, a famous Tang Dynasty poet, when he visited his friend in Mingyue Bay. It is now 25 meters tall and 2 meters in diameter. The ancient camphor tree has experienced many hardships. One side of its trunk became a dead tree due to fire and lightning strike, but rotten wood can always meet spring. After 1,200 years, it is still lush and vigorous. The locals vividly call it "grandfather carrying grandson."
Ancient Wharf
Because Mingyue Bay is surrounded by mountains on three sides and its lakeside shoreline is lined with towering ancient trees, it's difficult to spot from a distance in Taihu Lake. The wharf, angled deep into the lake, made it easier for ships approaching from afar to steer towards Mingyue Bay. This not only facilitated access to and from Mingyue Bay Harbor but also shielded ships from the impact of Taihu's winds and waves on moored vessels.
Furthermore, at a time when many people in Huzhou, Zhejiang, were making fortunes through business, Mingyue Bay was built at an angle, aiming directly at the Daqian Port in Huzhou, symbolizing the gathering of rich waters and prosperity.
During this team-building activity, all employees gained the following insights:
A team is like a fishing net. Each mesh plays a different role in its own right. Just because a particular mesh is catching fish, we shouldn't ignore the role and existence of the other meshes. Team members are the meshes, each with their own place and role to play.
In today's society, no one can achieve success on their own. Corporate competition isn't an individual competition, but a team competition. Therefore, we advocate for everyone to fully utilize their talents and fulfill their responsibilities, strengthen team cohesion and centripetal force, and achieve wisdom and resource sharing, win-win cooperation, and ultimately build a high-quality and efficient team to drive rapid corporate development. Go Oushida!
