Feature

1. OSD-300A box type gluing machine is specially designed for gluing small area flat materials. The amount of glue can be accurately adjusted according to the needs of the product and the different materials used.

2. The width of the adhesive can be customized according to the width of the product. Our commonly used specifications can be divided into four standard models: 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, and 600mm.

3. The main rotating system adopts stepless speed regulation, independent temperature control of rollers and rubber grooves, and dual temperature protection. The rubber barrel is coated with PTFE, greatly reducing the oxidation of the rubber and ensuring reliable product quality.

4. The glue roller can be customized according to user needs in various shapes such as flat, mesh, dot, groove, etc.
