1. ​Coating Amount:​​ 5–35g/m² (depending on fabric composition; small-scale testing recommended before full application).

2. ​Operating Temperature:​​ 70–120°C.

3. ​Curing Cycle:​​

   • At 25°C, 36–48 hours (under ≥70% relative humidity).

   • Humidity should be adjusted based on machine speed, equipment, and material.

4. ​Humidity Control:​​ Adjust according to production speed, machinery, and substrate.

1. Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and free from contamination. Coating equipment must be cleaned with solvent before use.

2. If production equipment is idle for an extended period, clean the entire system with solvent. If only part of the product is used, reseal it tightly for future use.

3. For full curing, finished products should ideally be placed in a curing chamber with controlled temperature and humidity (e.g., 23–25°C, 70% RH).

   • Allow 48 hours before shipping.

   • Next processing steps (e.g., cutting/sewing) can proceed after 72 hours.

   • Maximum bonding strength is achieved after 7 days.

4. Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct skin contact and keep away from children.

1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C. In its original sealed container, OSD-7350 has a shelf life of 6 months.

2. The product is packaged in an air-tight container. Once opened, use it promptly—exposure to air may cause surface curing and failure.
