Each hot melt adhesive machine has a capacity limitation. When the hot melt adhesive in the plastic box is not less than 1/3, it needs to be added. Hot melt adhesive machine can add glue during work, just need to open the glue box, you can add glue while working. People who use the hot melt adhesive machine equipment sometimes find that the phenomenon of smoke is a bad phenomenon, which needs to be resolved in time to avoid affecting the production of the hot melt adhesive machine.

Hot Melt Adhesive Machine

1. The operating temperature set by the machine is too high

Usually people think that when using hot-melt adhesives, the higher the temperature, the faster the gelatinization, and the faster the gluing speed. This is a misunderstanding. When the hot melt adhesive is gelatinized, its gelation speed and temperature are roughly attenuated oscillation function curves, and there are wave peaks and valleys. Therefore, when setting the operating temperature of the machine, it is best to refer to the opinions of the hot melt adhesive manufacturer and set the operating temperature in combination with the actual production situation. If smoke occurs during the use of hot melt adhesive, you can lower the set temperature of the machine first. If it still smokes, contact the relevant supplier to confirm whether the construction temperature is appropriate.

2. Temperature control is out of control

At present, there are mainly two types of plasticizing equipment on the market, one is a melt box, and the other is an extruder. For the melt box, part of the melt box is heated by the heating plate. When the hot melt page is lower than the heat plate, the heating plate is exposed to the air and will continue to heat up, causing the melt box to emit smoke. Severe carbon may even be formed. In this case, it is necessary to maintain the liquid level of the hot-melt glue without heating the plate; other glue boxes are heated by heating tubes, which are the same as those of the extruder. The temperature sensor reflects the real-time temperature. Therefore, when the temperature sensor fails, the extruder and the heated tube melter will continuously heat the hot melt, causing the glue to smoke. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the equipment components of the machine in time for this situation.

3. The thermal stability of the hot melt adhesive is too poor

Deterioration problems such as large-scale body decomposition will occur during the use of hot melt adhesives with poor thermal stability. In this case, the hot melt glue machine manufacturer should be contacted in time.
