1.If the operator does not add glue in time during use, the glue level in the glue tank will drop, and then a large amount of glue will be added, causing the temperature of the glue tank to be absorbed by the newly added glue, resulting in a sharp drop in the temperature in the glue tank, increasing the viscosity of the glue and making it unusable. Therefore, the normal glue tank liquid level should be maintained at 80% of the total amount of the glue tank. During production, the operator should pay attention to the remaining glue in the glue tank so that new glue can be added in time.

2.Check whether the glue cylinder, hot melt hose, and hot glue gunof the hot melt glue machine
have reached the specified operating temperature. For example, if the glue cylinder and hot glue hose have temperatures, but the glue gun has not reached the set temperature, it will also cause instability and failure to spray glue normally or a small amount of glue sprayed.

3.Due to long-term non-cleaning of the glue cylinder or repeated heating for a long time, the carbide in the glue cylinder will be deposited, which will easily clog the filter and nozzle, affecting the use. It is recommended to use a cleaning agent for unblocking.
