The operating principle of a PUR hot melt applicator can be summarized as follows: solid PUR hot melt adhesive is heated and melted in a closed system. Temperature and pressure are precisely controlled, and the molten adhesive is applied to the substrate through a nozzle. Finally, it chemically cures through a reaction with moisture in the air, forming a durable bond.
