Technology Sharing | How to deal with glue gun leakage?

Company Profile
Suzhou Oushida Hot Melt Adhesive Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales and technical consulting of hot melt adhesive intelligent spraying equipment.
1. Glue leaking from the nozzle
1. If glue leaks from the nozzle during glue spraying, the possible reasons are as follows:
a. The glue gun
temperature is not enough. If the glue viscosity is greater than 2500Cps, the temperature of the hot melt glue gun should be appropriately increased.
b. The pressure or flow of the jet is too small, resulting in glue dripping from the nozzle. Appropriately increase the pressure of the air pipe.
c. The airway in the nozzle is blocked. Remove the nozzle module and clean it. To remove the nozzle of Henghai hot melt glue gun, you only need to remove the 2nd and 5th bolts on the nozzle module to remove the entire nozzle module.

2. If the nozzle leaks glue when the machine is stopped and glue is not sprayed, the possible reasons are as follows:
a. The ejector pin does not completely close the glue channel, and the pressure on the glue gun solenoid valve airway needs to be increased
b. The ejector pin is damaged and needs to be replaced.
c. The ejector pin and the glue channel outlet do not match well. Adjust the fine-tuning bolt on the ejector pin to press the ejector pin down and then loosen the bolt, and manually operate the solenoid valve on the glue gun several times. Repeat this operation several times. If there is still glue leakage, the entire valve needs to be replaced.

3. The small hole in the middle of the needle valve is leaking glue
a. The sealing ring at the bottom of the needle valve needs to be replaced. This operation is a bit complicated. It is recommended to contact the manufacturer.
