1. PUR hot melt adhesive for fabric bonding
The labor intensity of clothing can be greatly reduced through bonding and sewing, and the high-imitation clothing made is very good, fits well and is firm. Hot melt adhesives used for fabric bonding mainly include polyamide, polyphenol and polyurethane.
2. PUR hot melt adhesive for lining processing
Adhesive lining is made by hot melting rubber evenly on the surface of the fabric. In use, the adhesive lining is cut into the required shape and size, and one side on which the PUR hot melt adhesive is applied is hot bonded to the back of the other fabric material. It is arranged in the high-imitation clothing layer, serving as the skeleton of the high-imitation clothing, simplifying the handling and time of the high-imitation clothing, making the high-imitation clothing light, beautiful, comfortable, shape-keeping, washable and durable. Interlining processing generally requires hot melt adhesives to be colorless, odorless, soft, fast, dry and moisture-resistant, and the adhesive does not affect the fabric and is light-resistant.
Various hot melt adhesives can be used for lining processing. Almost all types of hot melt adhesives can be used. The most commonly used are ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives, polyamide hot melt adhesives and high pressure polyethylene (HDPE) hot melt adhesives. Melt powders and hot melt adhesives for different applications and processing methods are also different.
3. PUR hot melt adhesive for carpet bonding
The PUR hot melt adhesive for carpet bonding is mainly a copolymer of ethylene and other olefinic monomers, such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene acrylate copolymer, etc. In most cases, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is used.
