1. Maintenance
1. Daily inspection
• Before starting the machine every day, check whether the appearance of the glue machine is damaged and whether the connections of various parts are firm.
• Check whether the hose, glue gun
and nozzle are blocked or damaged.
• Check whether the electrical system is normal and whether there is leakage, short circuit, etc.
2. Regular maintenance
• Perform a comprehensive cleaning of the glue machine once a week, including components such as the glue box, glue pump, hose, glue gun
and nozzle.
• Check the heating system to ensure that the heating element is working properly and the temperature control is accurate.
• Check the seal of the glue pump and replace it in time if it is worn.
• Check the filter regularly and clean or replace the blocked filter.
3. Lubrication and maintenance

2. Cleaning
1. Cleaning the glue box

2. Cleaning of hoses and glue guns
