Product Description

This powerhouse operates on 380V with a staggering 19KW of heating power, delivering an impressive melt rate of 120kg/h. Unlike smaller units, the OSD-880A utilizes a Variable Frequency DC Motor Gear Pump, providing exceptional control over flow rates and pressures up to 10 MPa. It is designed to handle the standard 571mm (55 gallon) international drum size. The machine includes advanced temperature zoning (10-200℃) and precise K-type sensing to manage the large volume of adhesive without thermal degradation.
