The core innovation of this OSD-861 variant is its "load-while-working" capability. While the 3-axis robot head is actively dispensing adhesive on the fixture in Station A, the operator can safely unload the finished part and reload a new raw part in Station B. This alternating workflow effectively cuts machine downtime to near zero. The system maintains the same rigorous specs—10kg load capacity and high-speed stepper motor drive—but applies them in a workflow designed purely for speed and efficiency. It is particularly effective for smaller parts arranged in trays where volume output is critical.

The dual-platform design allows for simultaneous loading and dispensing, significantly increasing units produced per hour (UPH).
Eliminates the bottleneck of waiting for the machine to stop before changing parts, streamlining the operator's workflow.
Can be set up to run the same product on both sides or two different products simultaneously, offering incredible production flexibility.
Allows a single operator to manage the output volume that would typically require two separate single-station machines.
