The OSD-860 is a professional 5-Gallon (20L) PUR hot melt adhesive machine, designed to melt and pump PUR adhesive directly from standard 280mm drums. This vertical lift system features a distinct pneumatic/hydraulic ram structure that presses a heated platen into the glue pail. This design is essential for PUR adhesives as it isolates the molten glue from air, preventing premature curing (cross-linking) and reducing material waste.
