Product Description

OSD-7310 is a 100% solid, solvent-free, one-component reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. It is a general-purpose adhesive for fabric-to-film bonding, widely used for laminating ordinary fabrics with TPU and other films. With excellent flowability and permeability, it is particularly suitable for single-sided film lamination. The bonded product exhibits superior resistance to washing and dry cleaning

Application Conditions	Coating Amount: 5–35g/m² (depending on fabric composition; small-scale testing recommended before full application). Operating Temperature: 70–110°C. Curing Cycle: At 25°C, 36–48 hours (under ≥70% relative humidity). Humidity should be adjusted based on machine speed, equipment, and material.
Precautions	Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and free from contamination. Coating equipment must be cleaned with solvent before use. If production equipment is idle for an extended period, clean the entire system with solvent. If only part of the product is used, reseal it tightly for future use. For full curing, finished products should ideally be placed in a curing chamber with controlled temperature and humidity (e.g., 23–25°C, 70% RH). Allow 48 hours before shipping. Next processing steps (e.g., cutting/sewing) can proceed after 72 hours. Maximum bonding strength is achieved after 7 days. Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct skin contact and keep away from children.
Storage Method	Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35°C. In its original sealed container, OSD-7310 has a shelf life of 6 months. The product is packaged in an air-tight container. Once opened, use it promptly—exposure to air may cause surface curing and failure. Avoid contact with steam, water, and alcohol-based solvents
