Standard glue machines cannot handle thick blocks of EPE foam because of the upper roller limitation. The OSD-600B features an open-top design (or specialized upper structure) that allows operators to glide thick foam sheets and blocks over the glue roller effortlessly. This makes it indispensable for manufacturing shock-absorbing packaging for electronics. The 3800W heating element maintains a precise temperature, which is critical when bonding heat-sensitive foam to ensure the glue tacks immediately without burning the material.
