Product Description

At the heart of the OSD-2205 is a gear-driven mechanism that ensures non-pulsating adhesive flow. The machine includes an ergonomic foot pedal, which gives the operator precise start-stop control over the continuous glue stream without needing to reach for the control panel. This setup allows for smoother application on long substrates or complex curves. Powered by a 2800W heating system, it achieves a melting rate of 5kg/h. The dual-head configuration allows two operators to work simultaneously, each utilizing a foot switch to control their independent dispensing tasks.
