Product Description

This unit utilizes a pneumatic pressure system to drive adhesive flow, capable of handling viscosities up to 20,000 CPS. Crucially, the OSD-102A is configured with a responsive foot pedal, allowing the operator to trigger glue dispensing with their foot. This hands-free operation enables the worker to use both hands to hold and position small or intricate parts under the nozzle, significantly improving accuracy and safety. It features a 2kg melting tank with a melt rate of 2kg/h and operates within a standard air pressure range of 1-4kg/cm^2.
