Product Description

The OSD-1000 hot melt glue laminating machine is engineered to apply adhesive evenly on materials such as carpet, wood, flooring, EVA foam, XPE board, and more. Featuring an adjustable gluing width from 300mm to 1000mm, it accommodates diverse production needs. The machine integrates a precision temperature control system capable of reaching up to 220°C, ensuring optimal melting for adhesives with a viscosity range of 1000–20000 CPS. Its frequency-controlled conveyor motor allows variable speeds of at least 30m/min, while the silicone belt transport ensures non-stick, stable material feeding. Automatic glue level adjustment maintains consistent coating thickness, and the glue amount can be finely tuned between 30–150g/m². With a power rating of 6.5KW and operation on 380V/50-60Hz, the OSD-1000 is built for continuous, heavy-duty use.
