Product Description

This custom solution moves the dispensing process off the bench and onto a dedicated factory floor platform. It features an extra-wide gantry beam (estimated travel 800mm to 1200mm) driven by heavy-duty linear modules for carrying heavier dispensing heads or dual-valve configurations. The unit sits atop a sturdy, enclosed steel cabinet which houses the controller, electrical components, and bulk hot melt supply systems, keeping the workspace clean and organized. Equipped with locking industrial casters, this machine can be easily repositioned within the production line. It is designed for manufacturers who require a specific, non-standard working envelope combined with rugged structural integrity.
