Advantages and operation procedures of PUR platen hot melt adhesive machine
1. Before using the hot melt glue gun, please check if the aviation plug is connected properly.
2. When using the hot melt glue gun, please check if the heating channel is open. Set the appropriate heating temperature value on the glue machine. After reaching the set temperature value, wait for the glue to melt and align the nozzle of the glue gun with the area that needs to be glued. Gently press the trigger to allow the glue to flow out naturally.
3. After use, place the nozzle downwards and turn off the power.
4. Due to the extremely high temperature of the hot melt glue gun in use, do not touch the nozzle and glue area with your hands to prevent burns.
Maintenance and upkeep of hot melt glue gun
1. Please keep the surface of the hot melt adhesive
clean to prevent impurities from blocking the nozzle of the glue gun.
2. If the glue gun cannot dispense glue normally during use, please check if the glue gun is heating up. If the glue gun is not heating up properly, please check if the power supply can be powered on normally.
3. The nozzle is blocked by impurities and should be handled by professional personnel.
4. Avoid using hot melt guns in damp environments as it may cause electric shock. Non professionals are not allowed to dismantle the hot melt glue gun on their own.
