During the use of the hot melt adhesive machine, there may also be some minor problems, which may be caused by our carelessness in normal use, or by the length of time the hot melt adhesive machine has been used. So we conducted a survey and found that there are three common problems when using the hot melt adhesive machine: circuit, adhesive path, and air path.
1. Circuit issue, if it is due to glue birch or the hose of the hot melt glue machinenot heating up. We need to first check if the fuse is burned out, if there are any fusion issues, and check the temperature controller and solid-state relay or IC. If none of the above are problems, then there is a problem with the wiring. You should check the wiring.
2. The problem with the plastic route is that the glue cannot be dispensed when the temperature of the glue machine’s hose and glue gun is normal. First, check which link is not dispensing glue. If the hose has glue, it is a problem with the glue gun. The glue gunshould be cleaned thoroughly. If the hose does not dispense glue, it may also be a problem with the main machine. There are three reasons why the main machine does not dispense glue: first, the frequency converter is broken (send it for maintenance or replacement); Secondly, there is a problem with the motor (similar to dealing with a frequency converter); There is a problem with the three glue pump (check if the sealing ring or pump is broken).
3. In the process of using a glue machine, electromagnetic valves are usually used to control the air circuit. This leads to problems with the air circuit. If there is a problem with the air circuit, first check whether the air is connected in reverse or whether the electromagnetic valve is broken, or if the wrong type of electromagnetic valve is used.
